F’April tal-1927, ġiet mistiedna mill-kolonja Maltija ta’ Tuneż għall-festi reliġjużi u ċivili li kellhom jibdew f’Mejju. Il-kumitat aċċetta l-istedina u fil-31 ta’ Mejju, il-Banda flimkien ma’ għadd t’ ammiraturi imbarkaw lejn Tuneż. Kif waslu hemm, sabu jilqgħuhom ħafna Maltin li komplew jakkompanjawhom waqt iż-żjarat li għamlu lill-Gvernatur, lill-Konslu Ingliż u lill-Bej ta’ Tuneż wara li niżlu ‘l art.

	~~The first programme they performed was in~~ Phjara. Mro. Artz ~~trusted his assistant Mro. [[Pacifico~~ Scicluna~~]] fully~~, ~~and let him lead the first programme~~. ~~Here the Assistant Band Director directed the musicians who performed various pieces from Maltese composers,~~ Verdi, Brahms ~~and~~ Gounod.		L-ewwel programm il-Banda għamlitu fil-lokalita` magħrufa bħala Phjara. Mro. Artz kellu fiduċja sħiħa fl-assistent tiegħu Paċifku Scicluna, tant li l-ewwel programm fdah f’idejh. Hawn l-Assistent Direttur idderieġa mużika ta’ kompożituri Maltin flimkien ma’ oħrajn ta’ Verdi, Brahms u Gounod.

Artz ippreżenta l-kompożizzjoni tiegħu Lil Malta, dik ta’ [[Nicolo Isuoard]] Avviso ai Maritati u r-Rosenkavalier ta’ Strauss. Is-Sinjura Artz għamlet il-parti tagħha wkoll billi interpretat diversi arie u kanzunetti akkompanjata minn żewġha fuq il-pjanu. Il-kunċert kien spiċċa bis-soliti diskorsi tal-okkażjoni u għoti ta’ rigali u wara bid-daqq tal-God Save u l-Innu Nazzjonali Franċiż. Wara, il-Maltin ta’ Tuneż kienu taw pranzu għall-membri tal-kumitat u l-bandisti li għalih ġew mistiedna l-Uffiċjalita` ta’ Tuneż u l-Konslu Ingliż.

Also, the band club was presented with a banner from the local Maltese community.~~		L-aħħar programm sar fil-Belvedere ta’ Tuneż, fejn fir-repertorju għal dakinhar, Artz kien inkluda l-kompożizzjoni ta’ '''Respighi Le Fontane di Roma''', li ntlaqgħet b’applawsi kbar, li komplew fit-tul wara li l-Banda ġiet ippreżentata bi stendard mill-Maltin li kienu jgħixu hemm.
	Due to the great success of these trips, the society received a number of invitations, which unluckily could not be fulfilled, due the outbreak of the two world wars. Amongst these was an invitation from J.C. Bonnici to Tunis, 2 years before the Second World War to participate in the International Music Concours between the 16 and 18 April 1938. Due to further difficulties which emerged after the war, the band tried to go abroad once again for the first time in 1998, ~~but wasn’t successful and the trip was cancelled~~.

	~~The band was also invited to participate in a contest which was going to be held in July of the same year in Como~~, ~~Italy~~. ~~However~~, ~~the band couldn’t attend since the contest was canceled due to difficulties encountered by the organisers~~.		Wara li dawn il-mawriet kienu suċċess, fl-istess żminijiet waslu stediniet oħra, iżda għal diversi raġunijiet, dawn ma setgħux jintlaqgħu. Kemm il-gwerra tal-1914 u kemm l-oħra ta’ warajha sfrattaw pjanijiet li kien hemm għal mawriet oħrajn. Fost dawn kien hemm dik li saret lill-Banda sentejn qabel it-Tieni Gwerra dinjija. Din waslet mingħand id-direttur J.C. Bonnici ta’ Ville de Tunis, biex tieħu sehem f’Konkors Internazzjonali tal-Mużika li kellu jsir bejn is-16 u t-18 ta’ April 1938. Kienet ħasra ukoll li fl-1998, il-parteċipazzjoni għall-ewwel darba minn wara l-gwerra ta’ din il-Banda ma rnexxietx. Konkors għall-baned, li ġiet mistiedna biex tieħu sehem fih, li kellu jsir f’Como, l-Italja, f’Lulju ta’ dik is-sena, kien tħassar minħabba xi diffikultajiet li ltaqgħu magħhom l-organizzaturi.
