'''Meet Loathe''' has been around for 8 years and has released a spate of EPs and criss-crossed the UK repeatedly since then.<br />

2009 sees Loathe record their debut full length album, Despondent By Design, due to be released later on in this year.<br />

Loathe has shared stages with a few remarkable bands such as Sabbat, Detonation, Let ‘Em Bürn, SLAB, SevenYearsDead and K.O.Kaine, apart from local heavyweights SLIT, Beheaded, ItEM and Abysmal Torment.<br />

The band plays a fiery brand of metal which fuses elements from the thrash and hardcore movements with the brutality of contemporary death metal.<br />
