Mill-Garaxx was a youth culture television series broadcast on TVM in 1989. It was presented by Toni Sant and directed by Mario Axiaq. The production team included Joe Debono, Joe Tanti, Carlo Borg Bonaci, John Bundy, Carmen Sammut, and Manuel Cassar. Alfie Fabri and Ray Bajada were also on the production team before the series went to air but they were suspended by Xandir Malta following a controversial radio broadcast about drug use in Malta.

Each live programme featured live music from the local scene pre-recorded in the studio earlier, an interview with the band, a discussion on a subject of interest to teenagers and young adults (including phone-ins), youth culture news, music news (featuring a music video from the international charts), and a guide to what's on in the local cultural scene.
